		<description>Well truth is, Twitter IS A 2 way communication channel. Unfortunately, we are human and it is literally impossible to interact intimately with thousands of people (hence the definition).

The 2 way symmetrical model you are talking about is definitely the ideal format on the customer&#039;s point of view, however on a business POV it just doesn&#039;t make any sense. However, I do believe that Twitter offers a great alternative.</description>
